DESC: The work to be performed involves placement of a roller
  compacted concrete (RCC) plug and toe block with a reinforced
  concrete overlay in the spillway plunge pool at Pueblo Dam.
  The work includes 1) unwatering the spillway plunge pool and
  controlling seepage during construction, 2) construction and
  maintenance of diversion facilities for the spillway outlet
  works during construction, 3) furnishing and placing approx.
  64,000 cubic yards of RCC in the spillway plunge pool and stilling
  basin, 4) furnishing and placing approx. 1,227,000 square feet
  of bonding mortar, approx. 20,000 lineal feet of rock bolts,
  approx. 277,000 lbs. of anchor bars, approx. 9,000 cubic yards
  of structural concrete, and approx. 985,000 lbs. of steel reinforcement,
  5) grouting RCC construction joints, 6) drilling approximately
  2,500 feet of 30-foot deep drainage holes and 3,800 feet of
  90-foot deep drainage holes, and 7) other materials and activities
  associated with the construction of the RCC plug and toe block.
  The estimated price of the work is over $10,000,000. The work
  is located in Pueblo County, approximately 6 miles west of
  Pueblo, Colorado. Solicitation packages are anticipated to
  be available June 1, 1998. The bid opening is tentatively scheduled
  for July 16, 1998, at the Bureau of Reclamation, 316 North
  26th Street, Room 2035 Federal Building, Billings, Montana.
  The contract is to be completed within 670 claendar days. There
  is no charge for the first copy of the solicitation; additional
  sets will be provided upon receipt of a nonrefundable check
  or money order of $9.00 each. After issuance, the solicitation
  may be viewed, without charge at the address shown above, and
  at the Bureau's San Angelo Field Office, 5973 Knickerbocker
  Road, San Angelo, Texas. All Responsible sources may submit
  an offer which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation.
  The small business size standard is $17,000,000 and the standard
